Matures for 5 years in 50 litre Slavonian oak casks in the farm's rooftops . It is refined for 6 months in the bottle


 
The carefully chosen grapes are allowed to dry for 3 to 4 months: After this the grapes are pressed and the must is decanted naturally and then fermented for 3 years in sealed casks with yeast "mother" culture that are about 200 years old. Follow others 2 years of maturation.

COLOUR: It has a lovely amber colour.
BOUQUET: A bouquet full of character.
FLAVOUR: A sweet flavour, harmonious with rich scents of dried fruits.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Excellent with typical Tuscan cheeses and with all the traditional sweets of the area.
